Exercise my right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please indicate:

• Your first and last name
• Your order number
• The date you received your order
• The products you wish to return

Once we have received your request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, along with the return instructions.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, clean, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The return address will be provided by email once your request has been approved. 

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the original order.                                                                                    

Products must be returned in accordance with our refund policy.
